            "'Unbelievable' is the only word to describe the results of us purchasing your book on getting Social Security Disability. I'm not sure when we purchased our copy, but I know you called and asked to hold up our delivery of the book because the new edition was being issued in a few days.

           "We read, we studied, then we started. We followed the advice in your book...we used the right descriptive words for symptoms and pain, etc.;we documented all correspondence between my three doctors (MS specialists/neurological department heads) to us and among themselves; hospitals and labs with their results of brain MRI's, spinal tap; physical therapists with their evaluations; hospitals and the results of massive infusions of steroids as inpatient and outpatient care, etc. We did everything we could think of in addition to your recommendations for documentation to the Social Security office.

           "The records and documentation we submitted, based on your book and recommendations, served the place of getting in touch with all the medical personnel and institutions connected to the case and became the "medical records and confirmations" needed for application approval.
